Tobacco shipping has rules, and we follow all of them. Here’s how it works, in plain English.
Shipping
The age part. You must be 21 or older to buy from us. Every order is age verified at checkout by AgeChecker.Net, a trusted third-party verification provider. Orders that can’t be verified are cancelled and fully refunded.
The account part. Because every order has to be age verified and tied to the adult who placed it, we don’t offer guest checkout. You’ll create an account during checkout; it takes one step and keeps your orders, tracking, and verification on file.
Where we ship. We ship to addresses in the United States only. We cannot ship to California, Hawaii, or Utah, or anywhere else local law prohibits delivery sales of tobacco products. We don’t ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
How fast. Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Transit usually takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on where you are. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How they travel. Every order ships with a two-way humidity pack, so your cigars arrive ready to smoke.
Taxes. Some states charge tobacco excise tax on cigars shipped to their residents. Where required, applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.
Returns and refunds
The honest part. Cigars are a consumable, so we can’t accept returns once an order has shipped. What we can do is make things right.
Damaged, dry, or wrong. If your order arrives crushed, cracked, dried out, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method. No forms, no interrogation.
Says delivered, can’t find it. Check with neighbors and around your delivery spot, then email us within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or refund once the claim is reviewed.
Changed your mind before it ships? Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full.
Failed age verification or a restricted address. If we can’t verify your age or can’t legally ship to your address, we’ll cancel the order and refund you in full.
Refund timing. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.
